Randall Rutledge has been an associate attorney with Farah and Farah since 2003. He was born in Staunton, Virginia, December 22, 1968 and educated at Radford University in Virginia and Nova Southeastern University where he received a law degree in 1995. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the Jacksonville Bar Association, and the Florida Trial Lawyers Association.

When he is not serving his clients Rutledge enjoys hiking in the mountains, running, and travel.

CASES AND AWARDS

Rutledge helped obtain a $445,000 award for a client who sustained injuries when the horse drawn carriage she was driving through the streets of St. Augustine was hit by a motorist not paying attention. January 2006.

Rutledge represented Simone Small, the 12-year student whose videotaped image of being beaten on a school bus was circulated around the country. A lawsuit against the Duval County School Board and the bus operator resulted in an undisclosed favorable settlement in August 2006.
